'St Ives Harbour' - framed canvas print

Originally I designed this for a lampshade - I wanted to create a cosy, calm scene where the yellow and white areas of the design would glow when the light was on. I think it also makes for a pleasing 2D image though and I enjoy the creamy yellow moon against that blue - a combination that somehow reminds me of vanilla icecream.

Photo references were used but a little bit of artistic license was applied to my own memories of this lovely seaside town.
